Guidelines for using PGP with Windows95/98 to help you retrieve, store and print your encrypted e-mails.

The PGP software package includes extensive documentation about the installation and use of PGP. Please read the accompanying documentation about PGP installation before attempting to use PGP with your system.

Some PGP packages include various e-mail program plugins. We recommend installing and using a PGP e-mail plugin.

It is assumed you understand how to use your e-mail program. If you do not feel comfortable using your e-mail program, please take the time to familiarize yourself with it before attempting to retrieve and decrypt secure e-mail.

It is also assumed you have enough of a familiarity with your computer system to launch various applications, switch between applications, close and minimize application windows, perform file creation and naming, file storage and deletion, and printing.

Your customers trust that you will keep their information in a secure fashion. If you do not feel that you can protect your customer's private information in a safe manner on your system, you should remove the information from your system after decrypting it.

Frontier Total Web cannot assist you in recovering destroyed or lost e-mail messages or their contents. Frontier Total Web cannot assist you in remembering your password, or in recovering damaged or destroyed PGP Keys. If you cannot decrypt PGP encrypted documents received from Frontier Total Web Servers due to damaged or missing PGP Keys you must notify your Fulfillment Representative immediately.
